University Profile

At Goldsmiths, you’ll find a fusion of culture, creativity, heritage, excitement and academic rigour. Our campus is 10 minutes from London Bridge in New Cross, south east London and our 9,300 students take courses in the creative arts, humanities, social sciences, business, economics, law, computing and social work.

Alongside their studies, our students fit in volunteering, internships, entrepreneurial workshops, managing student societies and sports clubs, and working part-time. To encourage all students to consider university, we offer a range of financial support, which currently includes fee waivers and travel bursaries for students from selected London boroughs, and scholarships for mature students, disabled students, care leavers, and Access course students.

You can experience student life on campus by coming to our open day on Wednesday 7 November, joining a Goldclass taster lecture in the spring or summer terms, or taking part in a 4-day summer school in July.
