Meet Creative Alliance: Championing Creative, Digital And Marketing Careers Through Apprenticeships

In this article I am going to give you an overview of what we do and what we offer but first I’d like to introduce myself. I’m currently a video producer and digital marketing apprentice working for Creative Alliance. From college, to university, to Skills Bootcamp and then recently completing an apprenticeship, I’ve done it all.

Who are we and what do we do?

Creative Alliance is a training provider that specialises in Creative, Digital and Marketing apprenticeships, we strive to place people into genuine roles and apprenticeships across all these sectors. Placing hundreds of young people primarily in roles like Digital Marketing, Digital Content Creator, Events Assistant, and Creative Venue Technician.

Our mission is to help ALL people achieve THEIR success in the creative, digital, and marketing sector. We will do this by providing the best apprenticeships, work-based training and community driven projects that build the right pathway for every individual’s success.

Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeships are designed for creative thinkers, by creative thinkers which means we will work with you to find the right employer to develop your talent and, ultimately, secure your future career. We work with employers of all shapes and sizes and 85% of our apprentices have gone on to secure full-time positions. You could be part of that success story.

As you can see, we offer a load of apprenticeships that cover a wide range of jobs in the creative, digital and marketing industries. With these options you will be able to enter a career path that will get you working professionally in the role while receiving your education.

How do apprenticeships work?

Apprenticeships are a job and education in one, you will be employed by another company while receiving your education and support from Creative Alliance. To get on an apprenticeship, you will first go to our vacancies page and find an apprenticeship opportunity that’s right for you. Each opportunity is different as they are with different companies, and each have different roles and responsibilities. Make sure you read each opportunity thoroughly before applying.

After submitting your application, Creative Alliance will assess it and decide whether or not you are the right candidate for the role. If you are, your information will be given to the company so they can make their decision. If at any stage, you are unsuccessful we will contact you about improvements you could make for your next application. When you are successful and get an offer from a company, we will then help support you into the job and will be there when you need us if you have any problems. You will then be paired with a development coach who will be your mentor, advisor and teacher during your apprenticeship.

Skills Bootcamps

We not only specialise in apprenticeships, but we also run other courses such as Skills Bootcamps. Working with employers and our industry training professionals we have created four 60 hour, certified courses across a range of different digital practices. Our Skills Bootcamps have been created for people looking to understand how to professionally implement digital skills into the workplace. This might be for your own business, to upskill and get a promotion or if you are looking to get a job or apprenticeship in the sector.

Therefore, these courses are your perfect launch pad to get you started, and are fully or partly funded, depending on your employment.
