GAIN is a gender diversity charity supporting girls, women and non-binary students to explore careers in Investment Management. Our mission at GAIN is to inspire and empower the next generation of women and non-binary investment professionals by providing a platform for learning, career development and networking. Our vision is to reach 25,000+ women and non-binary students each year by 2030 and aspire to increase their rate of application to investment firms to 30%+ in the longer term.
We support students to learn about this industry through inspirational speakers, interactive events and exciting programmes, all delivered by industry professionals. We are supported by women and men across the investment industry who help to inspire the next generation, and work with students all across the UK.
