Our Year 12 work experience programme provides young people the chance to join any one of our business areas and play a part in the live projects that make our business thrive. All whilst gaining must-have work skills, a chance to meet new people, and above all, a career head start.

For those looking to get stuck into work straight out of school we offer a Level 4 Merchandising Apprenticeship programme; a two year course developed in partnership with the Fashion Retail Academy. Our Apprenticeship programme will help set up your career for the longer-term. As well as learning on the job, you’ll get the chance to accessorise your style with professional development. You’ll be working towards a Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration, accredited by City & Guilds. When qualified you should be all set to take up a Merchandise Administration Assistant role here at Arcadia. Make no mistake, we take work very seriously, but we have a lot of fun doing it, too! You’ll be working with friendly, passionate people. A graduate buddy will show you the ropes, plus you’ll learn from more experienced colleagues, and hang out with other apprentices in the same boat!
