Smart Works is a UK charity that supports unemployed women into work by providing them with an outfit of high quality clothing, free and theirs to keep, and bespoke coaching for an upcoming interview. Named Social Action Charity of the Year at the Charity Awards, the Smart Works service empowers women to succeed at their job interview and change the direction of their life. Last year they saw 3000 women and 60% got the job.
